Eternal Grace provides digital memorial pages for funeral homes and the families they serve. This policy explains what information we hold and why.
Funeral-home account details, memorial content supplied by the funeral home or family (names, dates, photographs, service details), tributes submitted by visitors, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.
To display the memorial page, share it with guests, moderate tributes, provide live procession tracking during a service, and support the funeral home account.
Memorial pages are shared by the funeral home or family through a link or QR code. We do not sell personal information. Service providers used for hosting, storage and delivery process data on our instruction only.
Live procession tracking uses the driver's device location only while the driver has the tracking link open, and only for the duration of the procession.
Memorial content remains available for as long as the funeral home or family keeps the memorial active. Funeral homes may unpublish or remove a memorial at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
