These terms apply to funeral homes that create memorials on Eternal Grace and to anyone who visits a memorial page.
Funeral homes are responsible for the staff accounts they create and for the accuracy of the memorial information they publish.
The funeral home confirms that it has the family's agreement to publish the memorial content, including photographs and contact details.
Memorials are charged per memorial. Funeral homes are free to set their own price to families. Pricing shown on the site may change with notice.
Tributes and uploads that are abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the memorial may be removed. Funeral homes can moderate tributes before they appear.
We work to keep memorials available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Live procession tracking depends on the driver's device and mobile network.
Eternal Grace is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law.
